What to Expect

  • White bathroom scale with analog dial, placed on a pink surface, with a yellow measuring tape loosely coiled around it.

    Understand Your Needs

At your initial visit, we will review your health history, lifestyle, and weight loss goals. If you have not had recent labs, we will obtain labwork to fully assess your health.

  • Bowl of salad with cherry tomatoes, avocado, mango, pickled red cabbage, salmon, quinoa, and a small container of dressing on a wooden table with a fork and a part of a laptop nearby.

    Create a Personalized Plan

Your treatment plan is tailored to fit your unique needs. We will set realistic and achievable goals for nutrition and exercise. We can connect you with resources such as dietitians in the community. We will also address other factors that can impact weight such as mental health, stress, and sleep. I also coordinate with your primary care doctor or specialists if needed.

  • A prescription pad and a yellow pill bottle with a few white pills spilling out

    Explore Weight Loss Medications

For some, medications may be a helpful tool alongside lifestyle changes. We can help you determine if a medication may be right for you. We discuss how they work, potential side effects, and answer your questions so you can make an informed decision with confidence.

  • Two people holding hands, one person gently grasping the other's hand on a wooden table.

    Continued Support & Guidance

At each follow up visit, we will track your progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust your plan. We can help you troubleshoot obstacles, navigate plateaus, and keep you motivated. If you are on a medication, we will make adjustments if needed and monitor for side effects.
