Berry and Brie Snackle Box
Need a snack idea? I like to think of snacks as mini meals with a balance of protein, carbs, and fat. A little sweet, a little salty, this tasty snack is here to satisfy cravings and also help you hit your protein and fiber goals. No cooking needed!
Ingredients:
6 triscuit crackers (I used the hint of sea salt flavor.)
½ cup fresh blackberries
1 oz brie cheese
3 slices of prosciutto

Storage:
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. Keep the crackers separate so they stay crisp and add into your box on the day you eat it.
Pro-tips:
If you are following a lower sodium diet, swap the prosciutto for a lower sodium deli meat. Look for ham or turkey with “lower sodium” on the label. Target and Aldi have some options. For example, the low sodium Good and Gather uncured deli ham from Target has about 330 mg of sodium per serving, which would decrease the total sodium in the snackle box to 550 mg. You can also swap the prosciutto for ¼ cup unsalted almonds or flavored pistachios.
